Weekend again!

Oh my...time flies, I feel kind of stressed out these days and I don´t know why, seems like time just flies by and I dont have time to do all the things I need to do and all the things I want to do (like updating this blog more often) is just like the blink of an eye and ooops...3 hours has gone...blink...ooops..another 3 hours gone, think I need some serious relaxing!!

I cant wait untill July when my sister is coming home...she and I has plans of getting some time alone to do some shopping, scrapping and just relax and the men has to take care of the children! I know we are going to have so much fun and I need that right now!

On a happier note...my friend Diana (Dido) has started her own design and is now selling over @ After Five Designs..congrats to you Diana! She has some fab templates out now and I am honored that she has asked me to be apart of her team and here are some pages I have created with her beautiful templates! And if you like her style...I know she has a CT call out right now...why not apply?!

Im a old "tant"

Bella has started to call me "tant"(old lady in swedish), she says, -can you please help me down "tanten" or -Thank you so much "tanten" that was nice of you...and so on. And as from yesterday...I am a "tant"...I turned 35, now my younger days officially is over! I can no longer call my self a youth, how sad isn´t that?? *lol* but I really dont mind, dont feel a day older than 20 and that is whats counts right?!! (Please say yes!) ;)

I had a really nice birthday, I started the day with a treasurehunt that my SO had made for me, he had left me little notes all over the appartment, (he was out of town for a couple of days but wanted me to have my present anyway), I finally found the present hidden in one of the fireplaces (or tilestoves or what they are called?) it was a perfume, Gio de Armani, wich I love, but the thing was, I got that for christmas as well and had lots left, so today I went out and exchanged it for some new clothes instead (with his blessing of course). And later on my mother came over and had made a fantastic lunch for all of us, it was GI food (is it called that in english?) and it was sooo good, but to top it off she had bought me a cake, a Princesscake, my favourite (Yes Helen, Princess A has her own cake *lol*), it´s a green marsipancake with a pink rose on top! Yummy!! And Bella of course sang "Happy birthday" like 358 times *lol*...she is so sweet...and she always top it off with a big HURRAY!

Now lets leave my birthday and go on to some scrapping news! Nina has released 4 new items in the store today and they are fab, so run over to our Rocking girls blog and check it out, or why not directly to the store!! I made a page that has all 4 of the new items in it, and I was sooooo happy to se that it made the GSO @ DST! Always fun when you get noticed!

My mojo has left me!! :(

I have such a difficulty to make a page, my mojo has left the building, I am all alone by my computer and I don´t seem to be able to make anything! So this morning I complained to my sister and she gave me a challenge, to lift this beautiful page by lenescobar and this is my result:

And I really liked how it turned out, and thought "YES I am back", but do you think that I have been able to make another page today??? Nooooooo! It is soo frustrating, I have photos that I took a few days ago, but nothing comes to me. I have gorgeous templets to use, but no, can´t do that either. Ok, think I might just leave it for a while and wait for my mojo to come home again, and sit here beside me and help me! ;)

As you know I am on the CT of NinaScrap Design, and Ninas blog was hacked a few weeks ago and now she has a new one up and running and it is called Rocking Girls, we all get to play with this one and it is going to be fun! Wow...I got a million!! ;)

Yesterday I was sitting and complaining over the fact that I need/want money so I can buy the house of my dreams, so I asked Bella ,who was sitting beside me playing with a jigsawpuzzle, -"You don´t have a million to give me?" and she looked at me with such a happy face and said -"yes I do have a million" and then she runs to her room and began to search all over the place. But after a while she comes to me and say -"Can´t find the million mamma, it has disappeard?!" and she looks soo sad. I give her a hug and tell her that mamma will be ok anyway! So she runs of to play. Several hours later I can hear her yelling -"Mamma mamma, I found it, I found the million" and she comes running to me with a little plastic MELON in her hand, and she looked soooo happy and so proud that my heart just melted and I was laughing soo hard....oh...my sweet little girl...she just gave me a million...reasons to love her even more!!!! (btw in swedish million and melon sounds really alike, miljon - melon)

New kit, a lift and a page for a friend!

The incredible Shen (Creashens) has done it once again, she has made a B E A U T I F U L kit called "Candid", this is a kit I know I will use over and over again (as so many of her kits), let me tell you there are some gorgeous elements in this kit and the papers are just....WOW. I really don´t know how she do it?!

A photo swap...

We have got new team members at NinaScrap Designs CT so to get to know each other a little bit better we have been doing some photo swapping, I got to swap photos with Alyssa, and I got a fab selection to pick from and this is the photo I picked:

and since I just love Lightroom I had to play around a bit with this photo as well, and here is the result:

I hope she liked it......in fact I know she loved it *lol* and I can´t wait to see what she has done with the photos of Bella that I send to her! A fun challenge, nice to be scrapping something else for a change.

Empty shoes...

I have walked passed these shoes, standing in the hallway...empty, for the entire weekend, and just got this huge feeling of love and happiness every time I´ve seen them. It has been really relaxing to have a weekend all by my self, but gosh, I really really miss her. Its funny that you can´t wait to be alone and have some time to your self, but after only a couple of hours you feel the silence and emptyness in the apartment and wish it was filled with laughter again....ok, the tantrums I can live without, but its not them you remember, its the hugging, kissing and the "I love you mommy" and the catching laughter that you miss.



But she will come home today...YAY...can´t wait! These shoes will be filled with tiny feet again and the tantrums, jelling, and all the other fun stuff can begin ;)

I didn´t manage to scrap as much as I wanted this weekend, of course my mojo desides to leave me when I got the time to sit in front of the computer, but hey...I got to see lots of fun reruns on tv instead.
